Teacher's SPL Support Services

EMPOWERING TEACHERS WITH EXPERT SPL SUPPORT AND ADVICE

Navigating Shared Parental Leave (SPL) policies and paperwork can be complex.  This website was established to provide clear guidance and dedicated support for teachers planning and applying for SPL.

Since launching our support services in February 2021, we have assisted over 5,000 families across the UK.  On average, our clients have benefited from an additional seven weeks of full pay, typically equating to over £5,800 (based on M6 scale) more than statutory entitlement.

We pride ourselves on a 100% success rate for eligible applicants and offer a full refund if we are unable to assist you.

Explore our support options below to find the tailored assistance you need.

When you sign up, you will receive a Google Form to provide us with essential dates, and you'll need to reply to our sign up email with your school's term dates, and their SPL policy (if available).

TURNAROUND TIMES

Once you've purchased a package, we aim to respond within 24 hours.

Most plans are completed within two weeks of purchase, often sooner. However, as our team primarily consists of working teachers, there may be occasional delays during busy periods.

For urgent applications, please state "URGENT" in your email subject line when submitting documents.

Important: The 8-week notice period for submitting SPL forms is required 8 weeks before you intend to start SPL, not 8 weeks before your maternity/adoption leave begins.
