What can we offer you?
We have been working with teacher's to plan their maternity and shared parental leave for over ten years, but in that time we haven't just worked with teachers - we've worked with their partners too. We've read thousands of different policies - from government departments to banks, the military,NHS, tech start ups, utility companies, retail... we've worked with people from a wide vareity of sectors. We know how confusing these policies can appear at first - you've just got your head around what Shared Parental Leave is (and that is no mean feat!) - and then your policies contain all sorts of terms and conditions around company (enhanced) pay. We will help you plan how a combination of maternity, paternity, family, neonatal and shared parental leave could best work for you. We also know how important it is to get the paperwork spot on first time - avoiding the risk of a discontinuous leave request that can be declined.
We offer a personalised planning service that looks at both of your policies, alongside your vision for how you want the year to look. No AI (it makes a lot of mistakes in this field!), a dedicated advisor who will read your policies, consider your salaries, and put together a detailed plan showing week by week what your leave will look like. When you're happy with it - we'll complete the dreaded paperwork too!
